Hello CSA Families and Friends,
We’ve officially kicked off February, and it’s shaping up to be an exciting month at CSA! Thank you to everyone who has contributed to our Used Book Fair donations—your generosity helps make this event a success.
Student Spotlight
This week, we want to give a huge congratulations to all our students who will be representing CSA at the Celebrating Excellence event tomorrow (February 8th) at Westminster High School from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We will have students competing in MATHCOUNTS, as well as in the Spelling Bee and Science Fair at both the Elementary & Middle School levels. Additionally, students will be participating in the Lego League Exhibit and more! All participants should check in at least 30 minutes before their scheduled events. Don’t miss this fantastic event showcasing our students’ incredible talents!
Next week, we continue to celebrate our students' accomplishments at our 🎤 Choir Concert on February 12th at 4:15 PM. Please join us in the Union Gym to enjoy the vocal stylings of this very talented group!
Parent-Teacher Conferences – February 10th
Remember that Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Monday, February 10th. Please do your best to arrive at your scheduled meetings on time, as conferences run back to back. If you are unable to attend at your scheduled time, please reach out so we can reschedule you.
We also encourage you to stay a little before or after your conference to check out some of the fun activities we have planned. The STEM Store and STEM Boutique will also be open—see the flyer below for locations and more details.
📚 Used Book Fair – Don't forget to check it out! The Used Book Fair will be open from 1:30 to 7:30 on conffernece night! If you can’t make it during conferences, you’ll have another chance on February 11th from 3:30 to 5:30 PM. Please remember that credit cards will not be accepted. Accepted payment methods include Zelle, PayPal, cash, or check.
STEM PTA Fundraiser @ Panera – February 10th
STEM's PTA is excited to announce a restaurant fundraiser at Panera, conveniently scheduled alongside Parent-Teacher Conferences on February 10th. 20% of the evening's proceeds from 4:00 to 8:00 PM will be donated to STEM to support classroom activities and supplies. Skip dinner prep and dine for a good cause!

Enrolling for the 2025-2026 School Year
NEW STUDENTS
The application period for the Colorado STEM Academy’s 2025-2026 academic year will commence on December 11, 2024 for the first round and conclude on January 11, 2025. The second round will commence on February 10, 2025 and conclude on March 12, 2025. During this time, we encourage prospective parents to submit their applications for each child promptly. Detailed instructions and the application form are linked on our website. Please carefully review the guidelines before completing the application. If you encounter any difficulties, our dedicated office team will be available to assist you.
