Welcome Back for Second Semester!

We’re thrilled to welcome you back for the second semester of the school year. We hope you had a restful and joyful break and are excited to dive into all the opportunities, events, and learning ahead. The next few weeks will be very busy at CSA as we have multiple opportunities for our students to show just how amazing they are! See below for details:

• CSA Talent Show
  Date: January 16th
  Location: Westminster High School
  Time: 5:00 PM

• CSA Spelling Bee
  Date: January 22nd
  Time: 4:00 PM

• Westy’s Got Skills
  Date: January 25th
  Location: Westminster High School
  Time: 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM

 

We will also have opportunities to connect as a community, starting with our PTA and BAAC meeting on January 15th at 4:00PM. At the end of the month, we will be holding a PTA sponsored community night at Urban Air! Please see below for more information.

 

Finally, don’t forget to complete your Intent to Re-enroll form! This helps us plan for the upcoming school year and ensures your student’s spot. If you know a family interested in joining our CSA community, let them know our first enrollment round ends January 11th, with the second round beginning February 10th.

Community Night @ Urban Air!

Hello CSA families!

 

 

The PTA has planned another community night for our students on Thursday, Jan 30th at Urban Air!

 

The cost is $11.00 per participant, spectators are free. Each participant gets 2 slices of pizza and a bottle of water along with a Platinum Admission wristband. Some height restrictions apply on attractions. Urban Air Jump socks must be worn or purchased with a wristband to participate.

 

 

Please fill out this waiver to help expedite the check in process. This is specific to our event so every family needs to fill this out.

In order to minimize the arrival congestion we experienced last year, we will have staggering arrival times based on last names. Last names that start with A-M will arrive at 4:45pm and N-Z will arrive at 5:00.

Enrolling for the 2025-2026 School Year

 

NEW STUDENTS

The application period for the Colorado STEM Academy’s 2025-2026 academic year will commence on December 11, 2024 for the first round and conclude on January 11, 2025. The second round will commence on February 10, 2025 and conclude on March 12, 2025. During this time, we encourage prospective parents to submit their applications for each child promptly. Detailed instructions and the application form are linked on our website. Please carefully review the guidelines before completing the application. If you encounter any difficulties, our dedicated office team will be available to assist you.

 

RETURNING STUDENTS

It’s simple! Please complete the following forms for EACH student.

2. Registration in your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus
