Winter Break!

Hello CSA Friends and Families,

 

Thank you for a wonderful first semester of the 24-25 school year! It has been a semester of a lot of learning and tons of fun and we are excited for even more next semester.

 

Please remember that we will return with students on January 7th. Staff will return the day before to make sure we are ready for the second semester. As part of this preparation, we have been finalizing our plan for the Social Studies class at Union and are excited to share details with you when we return. We have also been taking a close look at our dismissal processes for students attending Boys & Girls Club. Moving forward, we will be holding these students in class until we are done with driveline, at which point they will be released to the track and walked over to the HLSS building.

 

Also when we return, we will be hitting the ground running with new intervention groups and student goals, as we prepare for Spring Parent-Teach Conferences in February. Additionally, in January, our Multi-lingual Learners will have a chance to demonstrate how much they've learned through ACCESS testing.

 

We wish you all a fantastic break and plenty of opportunities to connect with families and friends, celebrate, and get in some time to rest as well.

Enrolling for the 2025-2026 School Year

 

NEW STUDENTS

The application period for the Colorado STEM Academy’s 2025-2026 academic year will commence on December 11, 2024 for the first round and conclude on January 11, 2025. The second round will commence on February 10, 2025 and conclude on March 12, 2025. During this time, we encourage prospective parents to submit their applications for each child promptly. Detailed instructions and the application form are linked on our website. Please carefully review the guidelines before completing the application. If you encounter any difficulties, our dedicated office team will be available to assist you.

 

RETURNING STUDENTS

It’s simple! Please complete the following forms for EACH student.

1. Intent to Re-Enroll
2. Registration in your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus

For that reason, there are lots of ways that students and familes can show their school spirit at STEM.
