School Psychologist / Mental Health Interventionist | Orchard Park Academy
Jacklyn Gocke is in her sixth year as a school psychologist at Westminster Public Schools, but her journey with WPS actually began seven years ago when she completed her school psychology internship at Hodgkins Leadership Academy. Originally from Las Vegas, Jacklyn moved to Colorado at age 18 to attend the University of Denver, where she earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in back-to-back programs.
Now rooted in Westminster, Jacklyn is building a life with her husband and preparing for her next big adventure: welcoming a baby boy this June. (Name still TBD, but it’s going to be meaningful, she says!)
Jacklyn currently serves as a school psychologist—a title that in WPS is often grouped under the broader role of mental health interventionist, encompassing school psychs, counselors, and social workers. She also mentors school psychology interns, providing clinical supervision during their third-year internships. She’s proud to have supported multiple interns who’ve gone on to be hired in the district.

What WPS Means to Me: “Westminster feels like family. It’s about community, teamwork, and coming together for the betterment of our students. I really value the relationships I’ve built with students and their families over the years—and being here long-term means I get to see those relationships grow. It’s such a special thing.”
