Did you know that there are over 400 kids in Colorado waiting for a Wish? The WHS Student Council is hosting their 4th annual Wish Week- a week-long fundraiser supporting Make-A-Wish Colorado. The goal is to raise $8500 this year to help Edwin’s dream of visiting Disney World come true.

New this year is a dodgeball tournament which will be held tonight, Wednesday, February 26th at 5:45 pm  in the Westy Gym. There will be some familiar names competing (including Superintendent Dr. Gotto). There will be a $3 entrance fee for fans. 

Westy will also host the 2nd annual Run/Walk for Wishes 5K on Saturday, March 1st where they will be throwing colored powder. The cost is $5 with WPS ID and $10 without. Bring your friends and family members to come out and support this great cause! Register for the Wishes 5K.
